For getting admission into MBBS in government medical colleges, your score shouldn't be less than 500 in general category. For reserved category, this should be 400. Below this score it's less predictable.

For admission into MBBS in government medical colleges in OBC category, your score should be around 450. Below this score, its less predictable that you'll get admission into government medical colleges.

It might be difficult for you to get admission into government medical colleges at this score. But you can try in private medical colleges for MBBS. Also BAMS, BHMS option are open for you.

To get admission for MBBS in government medical colleges, your score should not be less than 500 (general category) and 450 OBC category. For reserved category, it is 400 marks.

It depends on how passionate are you to become a doctor. Let's be practical, in NEET, 1.5% students get selected in government medical college and rest 98.5% students fail to qualify the exam. You can go with other courses either in the medical field or non-medical field. There are huge opportunities around you.
