It's not possible to get government medical colleges for MBBS or BDS at this score. However, you can try for BAMS and BHMS courses if you are interested.

Hello Dear,
As per the directives of honorable Supreme Court of India NEET is the only gateway for admission into MBBS and BDS courses in India. There's no other option. The exception being AIIMS and JIPMER which have got their separate entrances.

Hello Dear,
Yes, 490 mark is enough for admission into government medical colleges if you belong to OBC category. You are expected to get a seat through state quota counseling in your state.

It is difficult to get to get government medical colleges at this score as your score is below 50th percentile which is the qualifying cutoff for MHT CET.
