If you are going for UCEED 2025, then I found these colleges for you as they are government colleges by preference. Delhi Technological University (DTU) provides a B.Des through UCEED scores with a rank below 500-600 with a solid design and tech focus and is based on a minimal government approach.
National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, takes UCEED for the UG programs it offers and requires a rank below 200-they are great in terms of creative excellence.
