Admissions in US universities are done on the basis of several factors and not limited to your grades. They evaluate the whole package and not just one factor. Having good grades and a good GRE score helps in admission. You may have a tough time while dealing with top universities. However, there are Tier 2 and Tier 3 which would be feasible for you.
