Hi Amit
Both colleges are not functioning too good in respect of admissions and placement. When you are looking for a professional course you should properly judge the college record in terms of environment placement and So I will say no one is better choice this time.try for another.

None of them provide placement assistance, they can only help you finding the job notifications.

In general Candidate Profile for Freshers for cabin crew is as under :
Age:Between 18 and 27 years
Minimum Height:Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms
Weight:In proportion to height
Educational Qualification:HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply
Physical features:Pleasing personality, clear complexion (scars, pimples and blemishes not acceptable) and good eyesight
Marital Statu

I believe, you should go in IHM-Faridabad, because placements over there are better than any other institutes.
All the best.
