Minimum Eligibility Conditions :-
1. A student who has passed any one of the following examinations with English as one of the subjects shall be eligible to join BBA Part-I :
2. Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 standard) of the Board of School Education, Haryana, Bhiwani or an examination recognised by Kurukshetra University equivalent thereto with at least 40% marks.

I study in VIPS so I can tell you that you will surely have an amazing college life full of all the fun you want to have. This course has started this year itself so I can't say about how it would be but otherwise the college would be good for you.

Yes, you are eligible, but you have to crack the entrance exam and there is only 35% chances that you can get admission via lateral entry.

In terms of academics and placement, it is just fine, but remember if you are going for CSE, you have to invest 4 years and when we talk about other universities like Amity university, Lovely Professional University, Sharda University in North will help you to get much good education and experience. Try to check the admissions soon as some of them are still providing scholarship on the basis of qualifying exams.
