Welingkar is a better option as they provide a lot of opportunities in terms of placements, student exchange programs and also the Global Citizenship Programme which is offered only in Welingkar. This distinguishes Welingkar from all other colleges. The course offered is very much practical in nature also they are offering a lot of specialisation courses as nowadays companies want people who have a particular specialisation like there is MBA in Media and entertainment, Health care, Rural, Busniess Analytics and Business Design. Based on your preference you could also opt for such specializations if you want.

Hello, and apologies for the late reply! Considering the placement reports and location advantage of all these campuses, IBS Mumbai ranks ahead of the others. It is then followed by IBS Pune, Gurgaon and then Kolkata. http://ibsindia.org/final-placements/ Kindly visit the given link to know about the placement statistics and other relevant information of all the IBS campuses across India. I hope it helps!

Hello,
BMU, Gurgaon is a pretty average B-School for pursuing MBA in India. Not only it ranks outside the top 50 B-Schools in India, but also provides poor ROI and has no great brand value either. I suggest that you look for other better options, and keep it only as a backup option (only if you don't have any better alternatives and/or are unwilling to take a year's drop to prepare again for the various MBA entrance exams).
