Candidates appearing for HPU B.Ed entrance exam have to secure at least 35% for passing the exam. Aspirants have to get at least 53 questions correct out of total 150. There is relaxation of 5% in the passing marks for SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped candidates. Such aspirants have to get 30% or 45 questions correct out of 150. Aspirants must also fulfil the eligibility requirements along with the entrance exam criteria to get admission to B.Ed programme.

Yes, Himachal Pradesh University reserves some seats for students belonging to Himachal Pradesh. The total management seats will be 10% of the seats for Himachali Bonafide candidates. The admissions of the candidates of Bonafide of Himachal Pradesh under 85% seats to B.Ed. course in all the Institutions/Colleges will be made strictly in order of merit of the entrance test. The total tuition fee for Himachal Pradesh University B.Ed ranges between INR 19,200 and INR 2.4 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Once the aspirants are shortlisted, they need to pay a programme fee to confirm their seat in the university.
