Yes, your performance decides that in which college you get admission. Results of the entrance test are been released. Check out your result. Admission for a few courses is based on the performance on the entrance exam results.

There is 1% relaxation for girls on the basis of girls quota. There is no other relaxation than this.

The above two colleges are North campus colleges. They has high cut off for each and every course with respect to out of campus colleges. If your marks meet with the cut-off released by DU with North campus colleges then you must go for North Campus College.

It's completely your call but I would suggest you go to Hindu College as it is a part of DU. DU is one of the best universities in India.

You can try to get over CSIR NET or any state NET and become a university or college professor; or you can go for research using the same exam.
You can also go for a career in biotechnology, bioinformatics, biomedical sciences or even nano-technology. You can try Indian Forest Service also, if you are within the age limit.

As per my knowledge, it does not go below 94 or 93 percent for the last round, if you want to seek admission in A grade college like Hindu.

DU quota system is not for Delhi students but for the students from other parts of India, who also belong to certain backward classes or have performed well in extra curriculum activities. To ensure that every deserving student gets admission at this Central University, the DU quota system has been decided for SC, ST, OBC, wards of armed forces, Kashmiri migrants, physically challenged and sports students.
