Hello Subha,
I understand your situation. You have scored quite less in history but want to pursue B.A. Honours in History. Many a times, we get less marks due to different reasons. If this is the case and you are willing to put in hard work, I am sure you can go for this subject of your choice.

Try doing a specialised certification in IT based on one of the above mentioned interests in IT. Choose one. Do small projects with startup companies initially. Once you gain more knowledge on basics, take up an MBA IT or systems management or any other MBA stream that would be more relevant at that point of time.

It is not a bad GPA but I suggest you to clear backlogs. In Canada, the entry requirements for Masters is set by the universities based on their reputation in the world. So, you'll have chances to get admission in any Canadian university. First, list out all the universities you'd like to get in and check their entry requirements for Masters programme.
All the best!

To be honest, yes, it is definitely going to have an effect on your admissions. You have to score very high in CAT to get a decent college and also be prepared with a very good and genuine reason as to why you have so many backlogs.
