For both, Indian council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) organised AIEEEA Exams. For horticulture, HORTI-CET exam is the best in India. Date of AIEEA UG 2018 exam: Third week of June 2018
Online counselling shall start from: First week of July 2018. I think search in web.

To get admission in Masters in horticulture, you should hold a Bachelors degree and for Ph.D programs and you must have PG or Masters degree in the relevant field. For admissions in Ph.D programs, various universities conduct their own entrance examination.
Masters Courses:
Masters of Science (M.Sc) in Horticulture 2 years
Postgraduate Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape Gardening 1 year
M.Sc agriculture horticulture (floriculture and landscaping), 2 years
For admission to postgraduate courses, you are required to pass the Bachelors degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.
