Both the Welcome Group Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA) and Srinivas College of Hotel Management (SCHM) have their own unique strengths and provide quality education in the field of hotel management. It would be unfair to say that one is universally better than the other as the "better" choice depends on various factors and individual preferences.

Here are some factors to consider when comparing the two:

1. Reputation and Accreditation:
   - WGSHA has a strong reputation and is part of Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), a well-respected educational institution in India.
   - SCHM is affilia

In IHMs you can spend less as it is a public body and in IIHMs you would have to spend no less than 4 Lacs for the course as it is a private body. Other than that, both are best at their own places. Public one offers more better jobs is just a myth. It only depends on your personal skills and your capability to be an asset to the company. I have worked with a large IHG hotel where I found absolutely no difference between an IHM graduate and IIHM graduate. Once you step into the industry the difference between both institutes vanishes off.

The total tuition fee for the at MPH programme at NSHM Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management is INR 2.9 lakh. The fee does not contain the hostel fee or the mess fee and only includes the cost of tuition. The fee is taken from unofficial sources and hence, is indicative.

You must meet the following requirements in order to be admitted to Chandigarh's Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management:

  • You need to have obtained a passing grade in 10+2 with English as a required subject from a recognised higher secondary board.
  • You have to clear the NCHM Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMJEE) and achieve a high rank.
  • You must participate in the NCHMCT's counseling session and choose IHM Chandigarh as your preferred institution

That is why obtaining a 60% in your 12th-grade class is not sufficient to qualify for admission to IHM Chandigarh. Additionally, you must do well in the entrance exam and in the counseling sessi

  • For each and every student, the institute they have joined is the best.
  • So this comparison is a wrong point of view, but you should compare in the aspect of campus infrastructure, fee structure, placements, admissions, etc.
  • If we take a list of best colleges for hotel management in india,
  • IHM bangalore, delhi, chennai, chandigarh, lucknow, and all comes under tha same category.
  • So how you study and gain knowledge matters the most than where you study.
  • For B.Sc.Course

    1. Duration of the course is 3 years ModeFull Time, Classroom in bangalore.
    2. Duration of the course is 3 years mode Full Time, Classroom in delhi.

BSc at Institute of Hotel Management Bengaluru is top ranked Institute in India whereas the Institute of Hotel Management Delhi is ranked 1 in 2023. The fee structure is almost similar to the IHM Bengaluru and IHM Delhi, and the packages offered here in Delhi and Benguluru are somewhat convincing. The benguluru IHM students got 8 LPA as the highest package offered by top companies in 2023 and the IHM Delhi offered 7 LPA as the highest package.

IHM Bangalore and IHM Delhi are both top-ranked hotel management institutes in India, with excellent placement records. It is difficult to say definitively which institute has better placements, as it can vary from year to year.

However, based on recent placement data, IHM Bangalore seems to have a slight edge over IHM Delhi in terms of the average and highest salary packages offered to students. For example, in the 2022-23 placement season, the average salary package offered to IHM Bangalore students was INR 6 LPA, while the average salary package offered to IHM Delhi students was INR 5.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered t
