Chitkara College of Hospitality Management offers BSc as a flagship course. The college offers various specialisation under BSc which includes B.Sc. in Culinary Arts, BSc in Bakery and Pastry and B.Sc in Hospitality Administration. Chitkara also has a collaboration with George Brown College under this collaboration the college offers a BSc in Culinary management. This collaboration college provides a three-year degree for this two year degree done under Chitkara College of Hospitality Management and one year under George Brown College in Canada.

The eligibility requirements varies course-wise. However, candidates are required to complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for any of the UG courses at Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. The minimum aggregate required is 50% in Class 12. There is 5% relaxation for the reserved category candidates. Hence, aspirants with 70% aggregate in Class 12 can apply for any of the UG courses at the institute.

The total tuition fee for BHM is INR 4.4 lakh for a four-year programme. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of the admission process. In case, a candidate is unable to pay fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. It is the total fee for the four-year programme and can be submitted semester-wise.
