Photograph Upload Guidelines

• Format: JPG/JPEG
• Size: 10 KB – 200 KB
• Background: White or light-colored
• Clarity: Clear, front-facing, no sunglasses/caps
• Recent: Taken within the last 6 months

Signature Upload Guidelines

• Format: JPG/JPEG
• Size: 4 KB – 30 KB
• Style: Signature on white paper with black/blue ink
• Clarity: Neatly written (avoid capital letters)
