Dear Shreya,
I personally believe that it is not everybody's cup of tea to reach upto the final of CA certification. Now, since you have reached upto there, it is advisable that you better complete the certification. CA is a statutory designation and every business unit requires a professional CA who certifies the authenticity of it's annual accounts. As a CA you can also start your own private practice. This feature is not available in all the professions. You can also run your own coaching for CA after your completion of certification. At Masters level, there are very a few Institutes offering Hotel Management programme. If you have missed NCHMCT, then you can try LBIIHM in Delhi. At LBIIHM, admission is open till 15th September.

Yes. Once you complete your 12th apply for NHMCT-JEE and prepare for your entrance exams once you clear it, you will get the best colleges and Hotel Management is the best course in India with a huge scope.
