Grilling interview with mostly psychological questions. Note: As a student who has just cleared 12th board, the panel will not be looking for answers on Hospitality. Have everything prepared on what's there on the CV. (Please do take a CV with you. ). And please have some extra curriculars apart from participation in school. Read the newspapers thoroughly. Know what is going on in India and overseas. They will have lots of questions on current affairs and General Knowledge. It was with the General Manager of that hotel and the dean of OCLD. It depends to what extend there is a problem and it depend on the institutes as well. So make sure you mention every small things while applying for the course. You can talk with them prior applying to any course.
