Food and Beverage Management
House Keeping Management
Front Office Management
Basic Food & Beverage Service and Production
Food Microbiology and Nutrition
Communication & Soft Skills
Fundamentals of Tourism
Basic of Computers
Hotel Engineering

There is good scope in every field. Please remember that you should pursue a stream based on two things:
- Your career goal
- The type of job you want to do
Pay of a Hotel Management Candidate is average. After 34 years of work, you reach up to a scale of 50 - 60 K.
While animation, graphics or web designing are somewhat ne to our country and we need a lot and lot more of these types of professionals. Because every thing is going digital, so, as a career if you are a good graphics developer or animator then salary can go beyond your thinking limits.

Hi Rohit,
The major are Front Desk, House Keeping, Kitchen Cooking, F&B Service. You will need to cover all these departments in your 3 years course and during your job, you will have choice to grow in specific department. You may get to know many more new roles & responsibilities but all will have foundation from your degree curriculum. So, you will be very comfortable in any operational areas.

In Germany, education is free but you need to study in German language. You need to give German language test as Germany has very good technical education if you know German then go for it.

Firstly, decide your interest in which course you want to take admission. Hotel industry is growing these days at a very high speed and opportunities for best career are opening in this sector. Government is also promoting and providing services in this sector. In today's time, if you will take admission in B.Tech then after spending 4 years and a lot money, there is not any assurance of a job but after taking admission in the Hotel management, you can start your good career from the best hotel with handsome salary.
