Running a full fledged commercial kitchen requires dedication, patience and exceptional mental strength (not to mention being extremely competent and up to date about the happenings in the culinary world). Hi,
BBA stands for Bachelor of business administration and it is related to official work. BHM stands for Bachelor of hotel management and it is related to hotel work. Both the courses are good in their respective fields.
All the best.
