The approach would be to pursue a degree in HM and then have at least 3 years of experience in the HM industry this will give you a fair idea of the working process of the industry then you'll want to get an idea of the market, its needs and the type of capital needed to launch this idea of yours. To do that, start by talking with people in the industry.

1.numerical aptitude and scientific aptitude(upto class 10)
2.reasioning and logical deduction
3.general knowlege and current affairs
4aptitude for service sector
5 english language
solving out previous years papers will definetly help you out
I would suggest you the book R.Gupta'nchmct-JEE(cost -140 only}

Bachelors in business administration is a good field one can enter into it and can grow in the field of administration sector after completing the studies. It is better to study MBA after BBA to gain more knowledge about the field you will work in future. Where as hotel management is also good field but once you are into this domain you may not be able learn further because of the work you will experience in that field. You will not able to schedule the time for higher studies once you got a job based on hotel management.
So BBA is a best option and then doing MBA will be great.

yes there are many institutions which give direct admissions . you can check newspaper and internet . but the private institutions are very costly as compared to government. according to me studying in an expensiveprivate institution with good exposure and job opportunity is better than a low profile government institution
