Dear Kishan! Apart from your academics, IIMs or any other big B-Schools like ISB, FMS or IIFT gives a great weightage to your extracurricular activities. This means that 'WHO' you are after your studies, 'WHAT' you have done in your life apart from studies, your awards, honors, achievement, winning competition comes under extra curriculum. Your internship and championship match gives a great advantage to you for IIM selection. So, divide your attention to your study and your extracurricular activities. Hope you get the point. Upvote the answer if you feel satisfied. Ask any query at any time. Good luck.

It would be hard to predict. Given current state selection criterion, it would be very hard for you to get admission call from IIMA, B, I even if you score 80%+. This is if you are from general category.

Hi Kishan,
It's not the case, however, being from a good college would mean that you have already been in the best environments and have learned quite a lot from your time there.

Extracurricular are anything that you love to do. From your bio I could see you love to dance and play badminton. In the interview you can speak about that. Apart from that you can start writing in Quora, read novels, learn new languages, paint, cook, learn a new game, etc. Basically if you are passionate about something, do it. In the interview the interviewers are looking for passionate dedicated people. Show your enthusiasm and ace it.

Dear Arun,
I am afraid to say that with this profile, it is very hard to get admission in Top IIMs. Since you do have below 90% in class 10th and 12th. This might decrease your percentile formula for CAT. Second thing is; since you do have 2 year of gap after 12th, you need to justify a very concrete, true and logical reason for this gap because admission committee may ask you about this gap and may create an impact on your selection.
Based on your profile, I hope you belong General Category, you need to score 98%+ in your CAT exam. Scoring this, the chance of getting IIM-Bangalore / Calcutta / Indore will rise up.

FIIB is one of the best tier-2 college other than IIMs for PGDM.
