Hi Sourav,
Your academic results are very good and you also have a good CAT percentile. Since you belong to OBC category, you may have a chance for admission in New IIMs because the number of seats has increased in management courses after the opening of the new IIMs. You can check the call predictor from IIMs through the below mentioned link. The cut-off for IIMs closes at 88 percentile for OBC-NC category students but still there are a few chances available. https://http://shiksha.com/mba/resources/iim-call-predictor
Also, you have chances for IITs because the cut-off for IITs is a bit lower as compared to IIMs.

Hi Shivangi, first of all congratulations for getting a good percentile in CAT. Also, your academic scores are also very good. There are some chances for getting a call from IIMs because number of seats have increased in IIMs for MBA. But as per previous trends, the city off for IIMs closes at 95 percentile for general category. So, it depends on the cut-off and total evaluation. You can also check from below link that from which IIMs you can expect a call after entering your academic details. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/resources/iim-call-predictor.

7 key steps in New IIMs CAP 2018 Step
1: Each of the 11 IIMs will shortlist the candidates for CAP 2018 independent of each other. It is expected that the candidates will be shortlisted at the 1st stage around 10 to 12 times of the intake for batch 2018-20 by each IIM. It may create the multiplicity of calls for the same candidate if he/she meets the shortlisting criteria of many IIMs.
2: Each CAP participating IIM will then forward its list of shortlisted candidates to the CAP 2018 coordinating IIM Rohtak.
3: IIM Rohtak will combine the list of all participating IIMs and prepare a final list of candidates for CAP 2018 calls. IIM-Rohta

Hi, You have scored very less to get into any of the IIMs. Yes, IIMs do have sectional cutoff as well. To get into any of the IIMs you need to score more than 90 percentile in CAT. All the best for next time.

Absolutely yes, you need to show a bonafide proof signed by a gazetted officer/ government authority to validate your obc quota. It is considered very strictly.

The Fellow Programme in Management FPM is the doctoral programme of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). First, you have to fit in their eligibility criteria and as the course is subjected to complete in at-least 5 years, you have to enter through Entrance Exams like CAT, CMAT, JRF etc. Then, you will be called for their written examination at respective places and then you will be called for GDPI. For how to apply, find the below link: http://www.iimb.ac.in/programmes/doctoral/fpm.
