You can join any good coaching center or if you can prepare yourself, then do that. You can try to solve mock test as much as possible.

You need to write CAT exam and score a minimum of 95 percentile to get a call from IIMs.

IIM Indore has this specialisation.IPM test is taken for this. Every year near about 20000 students give this test and only 120 seats are there. So you need to work hard for that.

Yes, it is the least package they get from the company as they have cleared from IIMs. They can get even more.
