Dear Biswajeet40659,
A gap in your academic or professional career would not stop you from getting in an IIM, provided you excel on other parameters such CAT score, Personal Interview, WAT etc. Significant extra curriculars and community service also might help you in adding value to your profile.
Hope it helps, all the best!
Thanks

Dear Tani32949,
The IIM Predictor of https://Shiksha.com can give you your probable admissions to a great extent, however it is subjective and cannot be taken as the sole solution. Hope it helps!
Thanks

Yes, it is. The Rajiv being that IIMs don't consist only CAT scores for admission, they also look at your profile, which includes tenth and twelfth marks, work experience, etc.
Even the leads to only an interview call, post which you need to Crack the interview and HD (if there)
