Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata

In order to be eligible for admission to ISI M.Tech (QROR), an applicant must have

(i) a Master’s Degree in Statistics with Physics and Chemistry at the (10+2) level;

or

(ii) a Master’s Degree in Mathematics with Statistics as a subject at undergraduate or post-graduate level, and Physics and Chemistry at the (10+2) level; or

(iii) a BE/B Tech degree or any other qualification considered equivalent (such as AMIE).

The programme is offered in two streams:

Statistics Stream for candidates with qualifications (i) or (ii) mentioned above;

Engineering Stream for candidates with an undergraduate degree in Engineeringor Technology as in (iii) above.

Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata courses are offered at two levels - undergraduate and postgraduate. ISI Kolkata course list includes a total of nine courses. At the undergraduate level, the ISI Kolkata courses include Bachelor of Mathematics Hons and Bachelor of Statistics Hons. Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata offers one PG Diploma course - Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics. The ISI Kolkata fee for the PG Diploma course is Rs 25 Lakhs. 

ISI Kolkata PG courses are M.Tech Cryptology and Security, M.Tech Computer Science, M.Tech Quality, Reliability and Operations Research, Master of Statistics, Master of Mathematics, and MS Quantitative Economics. ISI Kolkata courses across various disciplines such as Sciences, Commerce, Computer Application and IT, Arts Humanities and Social Sciences and others. ISI Kolkata courses are offered in full-time mode.
