Yes, you can get admission in IPU for B.Com(Hons.) without having mathematics as one of your paper in class 12th. But the basic knowledge of class 10th mathematics is a must.

With this much marks there is less chances of getting admission for B.Sc Computer Science in DU. While Selection the Top four subject of your class 12th is considered including compulsory subjects. So, recalculate your percentage and check. If it is above 85% then there is some chance of getting DU.

Maths is not required for doing B.A [Hons] except for BA maths Honours.

IP University hold a common entrance test and the next session ct-off is based off them.

There is an entrance exam for M.Sc. The forms will be out in June.

Maximum marks required in 12th is 50%.
The IPU CET exam will be on May 5, 2019

Lucknow University is a better option than IP because placement is very good in this university. There are lots of company visiting for campus drive.

Constantly check the college website for the information, the admission process starts in June.

The cut off marks change every year and 5% reduction is done for science background students.
