Yes, GUJCET is required for MCA admission in the Institute of Technology, Nirma University. Admission is provided on merit through ACPC counselling, which takes into account GUJCET marks. The candidates need to qualify for the exam first and then apply for counselling. Without appearing in GUJCET, one cannot be eligible for the MCA seat allotment.

Admission also depends on GUJCET performance and ACPC counselling participation. One should have a degree from a recognised university.

To get admitted in MCA at Institute of Technology, Nirma University, the candidates should appear for GUJCET and go through the ACPC counselling process. The admission is through the merit list drawn up by ACPC on the basis of scores in GUJCET. The candidates should also meet the minimum eligibility of a bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate. The final admission is granted after document verification and payment of fees.

Mohammad Ali Jauhar University offers admission to the BCA course based on merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam. Candidates must complete Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in any stream from any recognised board for admission to the course. Selected candidates have to report at the campus for document verification and fee payment to confirm their seat.

Candidates need to pass Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in any stream from any recognised board to apply for BCA at Mohammad Ali Jauhar University. Hence, Mathematics is not compulsory to apply for the course. However, if your plan is to pursue MCA in future at Mohammad Ali Jauhar University, then Mathematics is compulsory at Class 12 or graduation level.
