Yes you can admission in North Orissa University. NOU offers direct admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme through spot admission. The university also offers admission based on the OJEE exam. 

Spot admission process are followings:

• Report to the university with your OJEE rank card, original certificates, mark sheets, and  relevant documents
• Deposit the admission fee by NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, UPI, or cash deposit.
• The selection will be based on your OJEE rank.

You must have a Bachelors degree with Mathematics at the 10+2 or graduation level.For reserved category students, the minimum required marks is 45%.

The fee structure for a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree at North Orissa University is about INR 3.6 Lacs per year. The course duration is three years. Total fee 3.6 Lacs per year included tuition, hostel, and other security deposits. The tuition fee and security deposit are mandatory fees.
