Yes, the students have to do a project work in the sixth semester of the programme. There are eight credits attached to the project work. Students have to submit it to get their degree and complete the programme. Students can reach out to their regional centre to gather more details regarding the same as well. Apart from the project, the subjects covered in the last semester of IGNOU BCA course are:

  • E-Commerce
  • Operating System Concepts and Networking Management
  • Operating System Concepts and Networking Management Lab

The first-year of the programme is divided into two semesters. IGNOU BCA curriculum includes semester-wise subjects covered in the course. The curriculum includes theory and lab subjects. Mentioned below are some of the subjects taught in the first two semesters of the course:
