GNIPST has a very good placement record. In the placement drive of 2023, 120 students have been placed with a median salary ranging from INR 3.51 LPA to INR 4.21 LPA. The highest package deal was around INR 7.25 LPA. The Training and Placement Cell of the institute makes recruitment easy for the visiting companies, such as Cipla, Abbott, and Apollo Pharmacy. Also, students are benefited by acquiring valuable experience through internships and industrial trainings. In this way, students become more employable. Overall, it is regarded as a good pharmacy college for students who would like to be placed in the industry.

The institute supports placement for the students strongly; however, it is not a guarantee of 100% placement. A specific placement cell is in place which, through regular contact with many pharmaceutical companies, health organizations, and research centers, can create job opportunities for graduating students. Though most students make it to big companies, many may differ from one case to another in terms of the grade and skills received at the institute as well as market conditions. For GNIPST, skill building and training are areas that improve students' ability to be more employable and enhance the chances for a good job offer.
