In IHMs you can spend less as it is a public body and in IIHMs you would have to spend no less than 4 Lacs for the course as it is a private body. Other than that, both are best at their own places. Public one offers more better jobs is just a myth. It only depends on your personal skills and your capability to be an asset to the company. I have worked with a large IHG hotel where I found absolutely no difference between an IHM graduate and IIHM graduate. Once you step into the industry the difference between both institutes vanishes off.

Yes, placement cell is available at IHM Hyderabad and they will train students by conducting mock interviews. And they try hard to take some of the top companies in industry to the college. And they respond very well for our queries regarding doubts on placements.

At IHM international students can apply by going through the program's offered by the institute, and you can get the application form from the website itself.After the application is approved you can submit the required documents like SOP (Statement Of Purpose), LOR (Letter Of Recommendation) and Visa etc.If these things goes well you can come and study at IHM Hyderabad.
