Hi,
It's up to you. If you want to get some money and support your family, then job is the good option but if money is not the problem, then you must do Masters because it will always help you to find a good position in your job.

Hi Hemant, Admission in MBA IT is done via two modes- either through an entrance exam or direct admission which is based on merit basis or management quota basis. The top schools of India mostly use some entrance tests score to provide admission. Thanks.

As you said that your score is awesome so if you are aiming for higher studies then don't go with MNC, but if you are interested in joining an MNC then go for it but remember that MNCs don't consider your percentage in any field they just want your qualification.
