JAC 12th

After passing the class 10 exams, all the students are required to choose one stream to study in class 11 and 12 in JAC Board. The JAC 12th exam is conducted across three streams, namely, Science, Commerce and Arts or Humanities. The students must opt any of stream from these while getting enrolled to class 11. Based on selection made by the students, the schools/colleges will arrange classes for the students. The board hold the JJAC 12th board exams in February every year.

Jharkhand Board declared the JAC 12th Result 2026 on May 6. The board declares JAC Board 12th result 2026 for Arts, Science and Commerce on its website at jacresults.com and jac.jharkhand.gov.in. Students can check their JAC 12th result 2026 using roll code and roll number.

Every year, JAC conducts the Jharkhand Board class 12 exams in February. Detailed JAC 12th time table 2025 will be announced in November/December this year. Last year, the JAC Class 12 exams were conducted in sing shift. Class 12 board exams were conducted from 2 pm to 5.15 pm. However, the board might hold the class 12 theory papers in two shift in 2025. If it happen, the first shift exams will be conducted from 9.45 am to 1 pm.

The board has completed the evaluation process for Jharkhand Board 12th exam paper. As the evaluation process of the JAC 12th exam is completed, the board is ready to release the result for the students. Result for JAC 12th will be announced soon.

Every year, Jharkhand Board share the official data on the number of students appeared for class 12 exam. Every year, more than two Lacs candidates appear for the JAC 12th exams. In 2024, a total of 2,21,855 students appeared for the class 12 exams. Of which, 2,06,685 students passed. The passing percentage was recorded at 93.16. For the 2025 exam, the board will announce the stats along with the result.

Jharkhand Board prescribe the JAC 12th exam pattern in the form of JAC 12th sample paper. It is made available online on the official website of the board at jac.jharkhand.gov.in. JAC class 12 sample paper include the pattern of actual exam. As per JAC class 12 exam pattern, the total marks of the JAC 12th exam is 500. Each subject carries a total of 100 marks. To pass JAC 12th exams 2024,  a student must achieve a score of 33 percent. The JAC Class 12 passing marks are 24 out of 70 and 33 out of 100 for each subject.

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) prescribe the JAC class 12 exam pettern for the students. Students must note that the exam pattern is released in the form of JAC 12th model paper. As per last year's exam pattern, total duration of the JAC 12th exam is three hours for each subject. Students must complete the paper within the given time. The board will soon come up with an official Jharkhand Board 12th sample paper. 

Jharkhand Board released the JAC 12th admit card 2026 on January 19, 2026. Only schools can download the Jharkhand Board 12th admit card 2026 at board-twelve.jacexamonline.com. To download the JAC Board admit card 2026, the schools are required to use School ID and password. Students can obtain it from their respective schools.

INSPIRE Scholarship by Department of Science and Technology is aimed towards students excelling in science. States also have their own merit-based scholarships. For it as exact eligibility norms and application guidelines may differ from one scholarship to other so students should check on official scholarship portals or government website through the links provided.

The selection process for B.Sc is depend on the university on which the candidate have applied.  Some university have take admission on the basis of CUET entrance exam,   some of them have conducting own entrance examination whereas some university offer direct entry . The minimum JAC 12th score is depend on which candidate is interested.  The basis minimum score of JAC 12th marks is candidate should have 50 percent in their class 12th.
