The number of companies visiting for marketing specialization is usually more as compared to other ones. JIMS-Rohini has it's GD/PI on 15th February'19, so you have very good opportunity to participate in the process, as it will help you to know more about the institute and you can even meet their faculties and current students.
With this, you can also check the connectivity and environment of the college. This institute is 25 years old and provides very good placement with domestic highest package of Rs. 17.33 lpa with Khimji Ramdas Company and international package of Rs. 14 lpa with Indicaa Group. Average placement- 6.50 lpa.

As per your academic scores, yes you are eligible but you also have to make sure that your competitive exam score should be above 70 percentile then only you are eligible for the scholarship.
You also need to clear their GD/PI process.

PGDM is the program, where you can learn so many things. So, to get you corporate ready every college has this thing mandatory to come in formals. But, yes in JIMS Rohini, there are certain days on which you need to come in corporate suits only like if you have industrial visits, guest lectures, seminar, presentations, etc.
