For opting BBA, you can go for JIMS Delhi, as it's course curriculum is well designed as per the AICTE and teachers are very well qualified.

A minimum percentile of 40 (35 for SC/ST) in CMAT 2019 is required for admission in MBA in 2019, in BIT Mesra.

Though MAIMS is also good but I do not have enough knowledge about this college.
