Hello Monty,
The minimum marks that will make one eligible for MA is 45%. However JNU conducts an entrance exam to restrict intake to authorised levels as well as to ensure that students with required skills only get admitted. Hello Shafaque,
IGNOU is the university formed by central govt and is recognised by UGC and AIU. Hence degrees awarded by it are also recognised by other universities in India. Hence don't worry. You can apply in JNU based on degree of IGNOU.

Yes, you can do MA after completing BA. You only need Bachelor's degree in arts stream for taking admission in MA Sanskrit.
Academic options:
Upon successful completion of the course, postgraduates interested in further studies in the discipline may go for pursuing MA in Sanskrit literature, B.Ed or PhD in Sanskrit or Masters in mass communication and journalism with specialisation in Sanskrit Patrakarita.Other options include pursuing Postgraduate Diploma in Functional Sanskrit and Translation, or Post-Graduate Diploma in Sanskrit Journalism.
