The percentile cut-off for the unreserved category was 89.75, for EW it was 78.2 for OBC, it was 74.3 whereas for SC, ST and PwD, it was 54, 44.3 and 0.11, respectively, if you have cleared the cut off as in mentioned above then you can apply in any of the government college and can grab the seat easily.

Yes, you can get NIT College with this percentile, but getting the desired branch in that college might be difficult, as in top NITs the percentile accepted is around 88 so in that you might not get, but yes you can grab good college.

Yes, of course you are qualified for JEE Advance with this score and with this rank, as this year the percentile cut-off for the unreserved category was 89.75, for EW it was 78.2 for OBC, it was 74.3 whereas for SC, ST and PwD, it was 54, 44.3 and 0.11, respectively.
