Hi buddy you can use this link to find out which colleges you can get from these marks. This is Shiksha's official college predictor tool based on previous years' data. Hope this helps. Although you have scored less marks so you try for your state government engineering colleges:

There are very less chances. You should wait until the last round i.e. round 7 to get the chances of NIT.

Hello, hope you are doing well.
Yes, definitely, you are eligible to get NIT on the basis of OBC NCL ranking because with CRL ranking, it may not be possible to get an NIT. You should try for MANIT Bhopal, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, etc.
Also, you have a chance to opt for IITs also. Find the best one and go for counselling.
All the best.

Hello, hope you are doing well.
Sorry, you are not eligible for NITs until and unless you are from SC or ST category. For general category, you were supposed to score 200+ marks in JEE Mains. Try to go for government and semi-government colleges of your state. You will definitely get one.
All the best.

No, but you won't be able to get a seat in NIT. Moreover, trying for lower NITs with some unknown branches is not worth.
Kindly go for private colleges, universities or try for a year drop.
