There is as such no cut-off of JEE Mains. Galgotias very easily gives admission.

For previous year stats, refer:
http://josaa.nic.in/Result2016/result/OpeningClosingRank.aspx
You may consider the previous year stats as accurate, as they vary every year. You can get NIT Hamirpur, Jamshedpur, Agartala, Mizoram, etc.

Hello Balu,
Since the cut-off for ST category students for JEE Mains 2017 is 27, you have passed it but the score is not very good. You may use the college predictor for JEE Mains which may suggest some colleges for you:

But, I think, you may not get a top NIT and have medium chances of getting an NIT.
