There are lot of other options even if you haven't got into JEE Mains. You can pursue engineering from other college as well.

Well, HBTI is taking admission via JEE Mains from this year, so we cannot predict the exact cut-off, but since it is a reputed college then the cut-off must be high, so any score more than 140 in JEE Mains is considered safe for the admission.

For admission in IISC-Bangalore, you need more than 270 marks in JEE Mains.

The JEE main scores are used to get admission into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs that come under JEE counselling. If you have a good score, then you need to apply for counselling at www.josaa.nic.in
The JEE main scores are also accepted for admission in some colleges like Sastra University , LPU , etc. . You need to apply separately for those colleges.
