Your JEE Mains score is not good enough to get a seat but you can apply through your board merit in some goo colleges which have provision of admission through board merit too. Check out UTM Shillong, MIT Pune & SRM university for admission in engineering through board marks basis.

CS and IT are the most demanding branches and hence the most competitive but ee is an evergreen branch with ample jobs in both private and government sector

You have not enough score in JEE to get any good government college .
you can opt for any well reputed private college in your region.
