ya.you can easily get them.you can also take some good universities on your board percentage.

Your JEE Mains score is not good enough to get a seat but you can apply through your board merit in some goo colleges which have provision of admission through board merit too. Check out UTM Shillong, MIT Pune & SRM university for admission in engineering through board marks basis.

u can get sgsits but not the top branch's and whats urs cast u are obc then u can get top branch
