Yes, candidates can submit their objections against the JMI answer key within 48 hours after the same is published through electronic means. Candidates are required to pay INR 500 per programme to challenge the answer key. No grievance is entertained by the university without the payment of fee. The examination authority also do not entertain any requests submitted after the expiry of the time frame. Hence, candidates should raise their objections within the stipulated time.

The JMI Entrance Exam answer key and response sheet of candidates are made available online on admission result page within three working days after entrance exam is over. With answer key, candidates can compare their responses with JMI answer key and calculate the estimated score. Challenges against the answer key can be submitted within 48 hours after the answer key is uploaded.

Candidates must study all topics from JMI syllabus as test paper may have questions from any topic. So it is better to know every subject or topic. To score well in JMI entrance exam, students must make a study plan and follow it properly.

The aim of the written test of JMI Entrance Exam for M.A. Mass Communication subject is to test the knowledge and aptitude of the candidate and to ascertain the fact that the applicant is suitable for the course. The question paper of Mass Communication subject is divided into two parts. Part A is based on multiple choice questions and Part B is based on descriptive questions.

Candidates willing to pursue Bachelor of Commerce B.Com or Bachelor of Business Administration BBA course from Jamia Millia Islamia will have to appear for JMI Entrance Exam. The exam duration is of 1 hour 30 minutes and only multiple choice questions (MCQs) are asked in the exam. The syllabus for JMI Entrance Exam for B.Com or BBA course consist of four topics- Language Skills, General Awareness Reasoning and Numerical Ability. Candidates must prepare for all the topics and practice the sample papers to score well in the examination as the admission will be given to only those who will meet the cut off.
