Yes, the candidate who has a PUC score is eligible to be admitted to Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University. The brochure of the university says that " the candidate who has passed PUC from PU board of Karnataka state and 10+2 examination of ICSE/CBSE board from any school of Karnataka state need not produce eligibility certificate. however, the candidates have to obtain an eligibility certificate from the university if he/she has passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations from other states including ICSE/CBSE. Candidates must have finished Class 12 in the Science stream with PCB/M (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics) courses in order to be enrolled in a BSc programme. Popular entrance tests including CUET, ICAR AIEEA, JEE Main, CG PAT, MHT CET, KCET, etc. are accepted for admission to BSc programmes. A practical evaluation is required as part of the examination to pass the 2nd PUC. To be eligible for the programme, a student must receive at least 25 marks in the theory exams and at least 11 points in the practical exams.
