How can I get into Kerala Academy of Pharmacy for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Kerala Academy of Pharmacy has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
CoursesEligibility
B.PharmaCandidates must have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala or Examinations equivalent there to with English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects.
Result awaited students can also apply on provisional basis.
Applicants should have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December 2022.
