It's unfortunate that you have not cleared your 3rd year B.Sc and have landed up a backlog which has delayed your graduation.
You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another. You may also consult your previous college, if they can re-consider your case. I would request you to contact your Head of Department regarding the procedure set forth by the college.
However, you may pursue your graduation via distance or correspondence mode of learning. There may be some difference in Correspondence and Regular course, I would say it varies from one subject

ZICA Institute (ZEE Institute of Creative Arts) offers a wide range of courses in the animation, Graphic design, VFX etc. They are also possible levels of the courses including Degree, diploma and certifications.
Eligibility:
It is the basic required for the mentioned courses:
1. Diploma/Certification, Class 10th pass from a recognized board with minimum 40% marks.
2. Bachelor's Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
3. There is NO entrance exam involved.

Assuming that you belong to the general quota, a board score of 85 to 90 % would mean you would need a pretty good score of 200+ . Even though they say board marks count to only 40% , trust me they are the ones which will decide your rank if your jee mains score isn't extraordinary.
