KIET Group of Institutions (KIET) has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
| Courses | Eligibility |
|---|---|
| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate who have passed minimum 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) from an institution recognised by BTEUP subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted are also eligible to apply. |
| MCA | Candidate must have passed Graduation from recognised University/Institute. |
| MBA/PGDM | Candidate with grace marks are not allowed for admission. Final year students can also apply on provisional basis. |
| M.E./M.Tech | Candidate must have passed B.Tech. from recognised University/Institute. |
| B.Pharma | Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics from recognised board. |
| M.Pharma | Candidate must have passed Graduation in B.Pharma. from recognised university/institute. |
| D.Pharma | Candidate must have passed in 10+2 examination (science academic stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. |
