KUK offers 175 courses on campus in 47 departments and institutes and through 282 affiliated colleges and institutes in seven districts of Haryana. The university also offers education at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels via distance learning through its Directorate of Distance Education, Kurukshetra University. Most programs at KUK will have entrance-based admissions in 2023. JEE Main scores are used for merit-based admission to Kurukshetra University for BE and B.Tech programs. Kurukshetra University accepts NATA marks for B.Arch admission. The university's centralized counseling process, which determines candidates' postgraduate admission status, is evaluated by the candidates.
