Correspondance course in B.Tech is not recognised by government of India. So, you wouldn't be eligible for government or may be for private jobs in India.

If the interview locations are available only in Dubai/Kuwait then you cannot do anything about it as such. You have to choose either of the two or choose some other exam.

It's Indeed very nice to hear from you that it in spite of doing your diploma in the year 2006 you now wish to do your graduation in ECE branch of engineering. Here I would like to inform you about the situation in India. At the moment you are working in Kuwait and you can do such courses only by correspondence but UGC has once again reiterated that no professional courses including engineering can be offered by any distance learning university. Hence at least at the present I am afraid you cannot pursue your BTech via distance education mode.

You cannot do this because only polytechnic and Diploma holders can I take lateral entry in 2nd year of B.Tech.

It's very nice to see your enthusiasm for the studies. Unfortunately many distance learning institutions do not send study material abroad and also do not have facilities to send e-books by email. I will therefore like to advise you that please download the brochure, go through it and seek clarification from them in case of any doubts.
