B.P.Ed	Candidates completed graduation from any recognised institute/university and must have atleast participated in inter college/inter zonal/district/school competition in sports/games as recognised by AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India, are eligible to apply. OR Candidates completed graduation in physical education with 45% from any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply. OR Candidates completed graduation with 45% and studied physical education as compulsory/elective subject from any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply. OR Candidates completed graduation with 45% from any recognised institute/university and having participated in National/Inter University/State competitions or secured 1st/2nd/3rd position in Inter College/Inter Zonal/District/ School competition in sports and games as recognised by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India are eligible to apply. OR Candidates completed graduation with 45% from any recognised institute/university and have at least three years of teaching experience are eligible to apply.
B.Ed	Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanity/B.E/B.Tech with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with above mentioned marks from any reognised University/Institute.
UG Diploma	Candidate must have completed 10+2 from any recognised Board/Council.
