For admission to NLU Odisha BA LLB programme CLAT scores are accepted by the college. For admission to BA LLB course at NLUO candidates have to register through CLAT portal. Registered candidates for CLAT counselling will be called by NLUO through five provisional merit lists, each released by the Consortium of CLAT. Candidates, who have been allocated a seat in the provisional lists and applied for revision, should check the status of their seat in the CLAT provisonal lists. Those, who have been allotted a seat in the NLU Orissa Provisional Allotment Lists, must complete the process of exercising any one of the actions mentioned below:

1. Accept the allotted seat
2. Apply for Revise
3. Exit from the CLAT admission process

If alloted seat is accepted by the candidate. After, that the candidates need to report to NLU Odisha for admission. The admission confirmation requires, documents submission and fees submission by the candidates through the official portal of NLU Odisha. 

For admission to the three-year LLB programme offered by Panjab University, candidates must appear for PU LLB Entrance Test and score well. Shortlisted students will have their names appear in the merit lists. Those with their names can pay the admission fee and confirm their seat in the university. Before entrance, candidates are required to meet the minimum eligibility criteria set by the university which is a pass in any bachelor’s/ master’s degree in stream with at least 45% aggregate from Panjab University or any other University recognised by the Bar Council of India and Panjab University. The applications are available online on the official website. The application fee for General category candidates is INR 2,395 and for SC, ST and PwD category students, it is INR 1,198.
