A total of 54 LLM students graduated in 2022, out of these 40 were successfully placed during 2022 placements. Earlier, 100% of the LLM batch was placed during 2021 placements. Take a look at the below table depicting the New Law College Pune placement trends for LLM:

As per the NIRF report 2023, out of 136 LLB graduates 75 were placed during 2022 placements. Earlier, 114 out of 157 LLB students were placed during 2021 placements. Looking at the past three years' data (2020 to 2022), a fluctuating trend was observed in the number of students placed in LLB courses. The table below depicts the total strength and the number of students placed in the past three years at New Law College Pune placements for LLB:

Candidates requires the following documents for admission to NALSAR University of Law LLM course:

  • Passport size recent photograph with plain background
  • Signature of the candidate
  • Category certificate (for SC/ST/OBC category)
  • Relevant certificate issued by competent authority (for P.W.D category)
  • Relevant certificate issued by competent authority (for EWS Central Government category)
  • LLB Certificate and Marksheet.
  • For final year LLB students, (2nd year for 3 year programme, 4th year for 5 year programme marksheet can be submitted). They have to submit final year certificates (at least provisional) by Aug 1.

Candidates must note that the AILET LLM 2027 Exam pattern was changed last year. The main subjects of AILET LLM 2027 question paper will be as under: Different branches of law (Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Law of Contract, Law of Torts, Family Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Company Law, Public International Law, Tax Law, Environmental Law, Labour & Industrial Law).

The AILET 2027 LLM syllabus will have 100 MCQ questions pertaining to different areas of law. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect attempt.

The marking scheme for AILET will be as under-

  • +1 mark each correct answer 
  • -0.25 marks for each incorrect attempt. 
  • No marks will be awarded or deducted for questions not attempted
